As your Health Coach, I will work to help guide you to envision and take action on creating a healthier and happier life. I work with you on your goals, breaking them down into attainable, manageable steps, utilizing SMART goal setting techniques and creating an action plan that is right for you! I am a coach. I will not be out on the field playing the game with you, but I will be with you every step of the way watching and guiding you on the sidelines as you come to learn, grow and create the life you have always wanted. Each plan is different for each client, as no two people are the same. I focus on holistic approaches to health and wellness, looking at all areas of your life. No crash diets, no drastic lifestyle changes, just real food and real, attainable goals. You are the captain of this boat, I am the steering wheel. You guide me where you wish and I will make sure you arrive at the destination you are wanting to get to 🙂
6 Month Plan: 1:1 Two 50min sessions per month for 6 months. Typically 1 session every other week for a total of 12 sessions.
Add ons: Pantry Makeover, Grocery Shopping Tour, Take-Home Workouts, and any additional program extras to help you be the most successful you can be during this journey!
